Contact Form CSS Incorrect

    Hi guys,

    I’m using Custom Contact Forms on this page: http://www.kjvchurches.com/contact-us/

    But it’s not showing up correctly. Please see screenshot.

    I tried tweaking the CSS in the inspector, but I couldn’t seem to get the form fields and labels to separate, and they keep overlapping. This seems to be a compatibility issue with the Theme, so I’m not sure what I’m missing.
