Contact multiple places in one step, selected from the list of favorites

Can you please explain me how I could solve the following problem (with custom development):

Sending contact requests in one single step to multiple selected places from the List of Favorites in wpgeodirectory V2:

1) User adds places to his favorites that he likes. He registers for account.

2) User can manage and organize his favorite places in private lists (optional).

3) The logged in user can now select maximum 5 places from his lists of favorite places, that he wants to contact by filling out only one contact form.

4) The user can click a button “Contact all selected places” in his list of favorites and then a gravity forms / ninja forms opens in a modal / pop up.

5) All the selected places are receiving the form submission to their email address saved in their geodirectory place profile. The form submissions (emails) should be sent only to these selected places and not to all of the places in his favorites.

How would you do this? (with Gravity forms preferred)
