Contact Popup issue

    When I click on the Send Enquiry button the popup appears, but there is no option to cancel if visitor decides they don’t want to email, and there is no way to get rid of the popup. I suspect there is a way but it is perhaps hidden – the form seems to sit right up against the secondary menu. Screenshot attached. The site is not live yet so I will add the bypass in a private reply. Thanks.

    I can see the top of the form and the close button in desktop chrome at 1366, SS attached.

    Cache issue?

    Thank you very much for your reply. I’m using Firefox. It needs to be visible on Firefox as well – I checked on Chrome and it is working there. Is there some CSS I could add to make sure the whole popup box is visible more centered (vertically and horizontally) on the page?

    Hi Alanna,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve just checked your Website on Firefox and I’m able to see the close button as shown in this screenshot. It could be a cache issue and I’d suggest that you try clearing it and see if it helps.

    I have come back to this issue. It seems to be when the user is logged in the top of popup is hidden. But when not logged in it isn’t… screenshots attached.

    I am now having the same issue with UsersWP for the popup for uploading Avatar/Banner.

    So it is not isolated.

    It’s okay, I finally worked out the css to make box and cross appear lower on page. Not perfect but working. Thanks anyway.
