conversion from V1 to V2

Hi there,

I have some questions regarding conversion from V1 to V2:

#1. wpml – will my current translations be affected?
#2. links – will my links be affected in any way? what about my categories and listing tags?
#3. design – will the design of my website be affected?
#4. listings – will my current listings be affected? will I lose any current data, like reviews, photos, etc?
#4. if I don’t update to V2, how long can I keep V1?
#5. will there be any more updates for V1?

Hope you can clear me on these thoughts.

#1 they will be converted too
#2 unless you change your permalinks settings, no.
#3 yes, some manual tweaks will be needed. See docs for more details https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/upgrade-from-gdv1/
#4 no
#5 Will provide basic support and security patches if needed till the end of the year
#6 No, v2 is the new product and V1 development cycle ended on April 2nd 2019.
