The easiest would be to use a tool like BackupBuddy or the free plugin Duplicator (in the WordPress.org repo) to fully duplicate your existing site, then tweak the new one.

Are you making a duplicate or just moving to a new domain?

Thanks for the reply, we are making a duplicate as we have 2 sites on the same topic.

Will have a look at those backup tools thanks
