Country names are changed after update

Hi Vikas,
We manually defined locations. In the previous version of GD+ML plugin in “Add / Edit Location” was the name of the country available in English. After updating GD, new locations that we added, had in my Country WP language. I Manual Update “country” and “country_slug” in geodir_post_locations to new (localized) name of the country. Change occurred in the Manage Location correctly.
Then there is a problem on the frontend (Add Listing), where again the name of the country only in EN language and a list of my predefined City and Regions was empty. I had to change the name of the country in the DB / geodir_countries / Country to localized name to.
About 1,200 of the 5,000 cities we have added manually before updating (I do not want to allow users to add their own cities, that would be crazy). It’s hard work and I’m afraid that will not be wasted.
Was my repair procedure correct or should I expect problems for future updates? Now it seems to be fine.
