I always have a few coupon codes available for my site but since recently updating a few of the plugins and to the newest version of WordPress I can no longer find where to upload the coupon code details. Unless I’m going mad I am sure it used to be under GD > Prices & payments under ‘Coupon Codes’ where you could enter the code, amount (% or £) etc but this tab no longer seems to exist and I cannot seem to find it anywhere else.

I have a message on my admin page saying this: “Payment Manager v2+, requires you install Invoicing plugin for the Payment Manager plugin to work.” Could this be the reason although I didn’t think this plugin would affect the GD options? Everythign else is up to date…

    Thanks

    Hi Cheryl,

The coupon codes are now available in the wpinvoicing plugin. https://wpinvoicing.com/ and yes, you need the wpinvoicing plugin now for the payment manager to work.

    Thanks!

    Thanks Kor.

I have updated but it has removed all existing settings. When I have reinstated them as previous on the new plugin I have tested with a new listing submission. When it comes to PayPal (i have selected standard PayPal as the only payment gateway as that’s how it has always been) once the checkout process links through to PayPal it says “This feature is only available to Business and Premier Accounts.” I’ve never had an issue with this payment process before with my existing PayPal account (which is a business account) for either one-off or recurring payments.

When I go to the payment/ account settings on PayPal to set up just for PayPal payments (not cards) it says about working with a 3rd party payment host (assumed like the WP plugin) and then mentions permissions for API and API codes to integrate payments to the third party manager but I cannot see where this would be entered on the WP admin or even know if this is what needs doing.

Please advise as at the moment no payments can be processed via my website!

YOu can now ignore the reply above as I have re-posted the issue to the specific payment plugin support page. Thanks
