CPT Categories not showing in Add CPT Listing

I am having an issue with the Categories when I try to add a new CPT listing.

They work fine for GD_Places but for some reason not in my CPT.
They do display in the backend if I go into the CPT Categories but not showing in the Add Listing page for the CPT.

I converted from V1 to V2 and is possibly a conversion error.
A new default UnCategorised category was created (in both GD_Places and CPT) and the default is all that shows in my Add CPT Listing. As said, all categories show in Add GD_Places so I suspect may be specific to the CPT module.

I tried to edit the CPT categories and save in the hope that it would update the database correctly but it didn’t seem to work.

I created a test category and this displays.

Can you advise what table in the Database I can check to see if this is a conversion issue and what I am looking for?
