CPT Problem

Hi,
I run GD with CPT and have problems adding custom places.
When I add new places as an administrator it creates only places under my city slug and it has always may address set as default location.
What do I do wrong? Maybe I still don’t´t understand how the system works?
I run a webpage for a professional association of about 100 companies and I want to have all these companies shown in the map. That works almost. But the slug shows always the default path:
Home / Unternehmen / Forstinning / Hersteller / ….

Instead of my hometown there should be the hometown of the member company which in this case is in Dresden. Please see the company’s address in the right section of the attached image. Which is also followed by my location?

Can someone help?
