"Create account" link on Login page, doesn't work

If I click on Login, and then Click on “Not a Member? Create account”. All it does is reload the login page, not take me to the “Sign up” page as it should.

Inspecting the link shows:
href=”/login/?redirect_to=https://<MY_DOMAIN>.com/”

GD uses the default WP login system. We recommend you use UsersWP.

Are you using a plugin for the login and registration page? Which one?

Have you enabled registration on the site?
