Creating two types of property listing, is it possible?

Hi,

We’d like to be able to create two types of property listings as follows.

1. Property Vender adds their building for rent (office, studio, warehouse, cafe etc) – GeoDirectory already does this.

2. We also want individuals / businesses etc to be able to add a listing that sets out the type of building they want to rent (office, studio, warehouse, cafe etc) but uses criteria defined under property listing to be able to help match the individuals requirements.

By doing so it brings up properties already for rent but notifies venders who have buildings already listed so that they can communicate with the individual directly.

By getting the individual to create their own requirement it would allow for two way communication.

3. In addition when any new building is added notifications are sent to individuals so they can see new properties and start communication.

Lastly we currently use GeoDirectory 1.6.8 but would be happy to upgrade if it offers more features.

Is this possible?
