Hi, the issue appears resolved. The fields are now appearing on the form.

    Can you verify?

    Hi Alex
The CPT fields are now visible that my staff can add listings individually. When adding the fields and you publish, the system changes the data that has been input, changing cpt content selected. Please see previous communication.

What about the uploading of the csv files? I have just carried out a test with 3 business listings and only 1 added despite upload statement saying all 3 had. None of the content in the csv matched. I am using CSV as per the sample format. see attachment.

The files when uploaded, the content does not match the fields as stated in my correspondence with you on the 8th Feb 2019 and previous correspondence to that. You stated that you were having developers look at the issue. Is this being carried out?
I have 1000s of listings to upload and i am getting nowhere fast whilst paying staff to create csv files that can’t be uploaded.
I feel like I am going round in circles.
    Can you assist me please?

    I added the listing manually.
Can you confirm that you can manually add listings?
If you could confirm that is working, please?

sector type and organisation type are the ones changing.
they are set up the same as operational size and this is working fine.

    Did you make this change?

How are you seeing the issue with saving fields now?

    Other note:

You will need to edit the select field options for the organization custom fields. You should remove all occurrences of ” from the options like:

“Private Sector/1, Private Sector/0”, should be Private Sector/1, Private Sector/0,

    I have done this
You will need to edit the select field options for the organization custom fields. You should remove all occurrences of ” from the options like:

“Private Sector/1, Private Sector/0”, should be Private Sector/1, Private Sector/0,

I have looked at your test, if i make a change it changes back

Oh, next change then, each “value” needs to be unique.

    Instead of

    Individuals/1,Individuals/0,Students/1,Students/0,
    it should be like:

    Individuals/1,Individuals/2,Students/3,Students/4,

If it is not unique, it will simply default. The saved value of “0” simply means the first in the list with “value” = 0

    label/value
    Individuals/1

you could make this easier to work with in your CSV if you set it like

    Individuals/individuals,Students/students

I am not sure either why you have two like

    Individuals/1,Individuals/0

I will change to the sequential numbers. Give me a minute.

I have it like this because when you look up how to add the options in the selection type for CPT, this is how you format it.

This is so on the form users can select which one they are. Are you saying I dont need to and i can simply add in a list separated as below, and that will give the selection option for users to choose?

    individual/student/

    It could be like:

    Students,Individual
