CSV import problems

Ok thank you so much paolo. I have a lot of questions because I want to know more about you… I don’t know where I can put this question, but when I try to import a listing it show me this message “315 / 464 item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).” and I dont have any blank field or invalid… Its ok when I write the city and region what I have in my default location (City: San José, region: Provincia de San José) but when I try to put City: Heredia and region: Provincia de Heredia, it show me this message… what can I do? because is very important to import these cities and regions.
