When uploading I get this message “Please trasfer all images in ‘/wp_content/uploads /2014/10 ‘ folder.”

Why am I getting this message and how do I upload a csv file so images upload as well?

You get that message because a CSV file cannot upload the images for you, but it has created a path to the image in the folder for this month.
