current country location in menu

    Hi,
    I would like to add the name of the current country in a custom menu. And off course a link to this country location page.

    [gd_current_location_name] works well enabling shortcodes in menu. But I would like something like [gd_current_location_country].

    %%location_country%% display the country name correctly, but not the link.
