custom field not saving data

Hello !

We have a “big” problem with custom field (url, checkbox for me), custom fields are not yet registered are there in the database..

Hi Guillaume,

Sorry, I’m not sure if I’m getting this. Could you tell us a little bit more about the problem that you’re having? Are you having issues removing the custom fields? Or probably, it would be better if you could elaborate a little bit more there.

Well the custom fields’s creation does actually work.
It’s when we fill them and press save, their value are’nt save in the database.

I’ve just checked your Website and the custom links seems to work fine when I tested it. I’m able to save it without issues. Here’s a screenshot for your reference http://prntscr.com/ccju5t . Or am I misunderstanding your issue?

Hum,

this is the checkbox is the URL say shop not interested in that text, and it does not save unfortunately ..

I create checkbox customfield or radio, i save, i have this error : Warning: mysqli_real_escape_string() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in /var/www/html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1127

and no change, while editing information of a place, nothing registers unfortunately ..

Hi can you give me more detail about how to reproduce your problem?

Do i have to create a new listing? Or you are talking about custom field form in Place settings?

If backend, can you give me the custom field name you created?

I want to use the checkbox system but it when I check does not register any simplemement ..

My Custom fields must “point” to the settings and places to be a search criteria in the directory.
