    one more request (not the last, I’m sure)

    the URL Custom Field allows dofollow links, which is what I want. However, I’m looking to restrict this to internal links only.

    the editor prompts users to “please enter a valid URL including http://” which is good under normal circumstances, however since I want to allow only internal links I want just the opposite – prevent the http:// or https:// from being entered.

    any hope of being able to do that?

    Hi,

    for the url field, it’s not possible, but there are still solutions…

    You could add the full url but have the link text as something else or you could add a custom text field and add any validation you want and use hooks to make it a link.
