Custom Fields

    I cannot find the link for adding fields I create to the “Custom Fields” box so I can use them on other categories. Can you please point me in the right direction? Searched for custom fields in the documentation but only something not really related came up.

    Hello,

    please see this page for info: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#custom

    Each Custom Post Type will have a settings tab like “Place Settings” and then another subtab for “Custom Fields”.

    Use the “Show in what locations” options to choose where on the detail or listing to show the fields.

    There is not an option to add custom fields to categories, only CPTs.
