I am building a physicians directory with many newly added fields.

No matter what I try I can not get them to be custom fields they show up under the new listing fields. See attached. I also can not get the CSV to import these new fields.

I need some help ASAP as I had my client purchase this expensive plug in and I can not seem to get it to function as promised in your documentation. Frustration is starting to set in at this point.

I am also adding my csv file. So you can see that the file is set up correctly.

I did an export and used that file to populate the fields but it still did not work.

Hi Peter,

Sorry to hear about that. To display the custom fields on the “Listing” page, have you configured the “Show in what locations?” option as described in this section of the documentation? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#show

Could you please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can check on the import issue? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
