Custom Fields in Profile Tab

Hi All!
I would like to move custom Fieldsets and corresponding custom fields to the Profile tab (rather than Details page sidebar, More Info Tab, etc.) I found the following post from 2015 related to a user who wanted to do the same thing https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/custom-fields-3/ . (see Paolo’s comment). Is this still a valid method to make this change? If so, can you provide assistance on the print_r function? Where are the tab keys displayed?
