Custom Search on Multi-Select Fields

    I have a multi-select custom field, but am not sure if it is working properly.

    There are a number of selections that a listings can have:

    e.g., Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, etc.

    I would like custom search to be able to search for any listing that has, for instance, Red OR Yellow, but if I tick the 2 boxes, it appears to be working as selecting Red AND Yellow.

    Is custom search set up to process multi-select field searches as AND searches by default – and if so, can it be altered to be OR searches (which seems to be the most useful setup -n my case at least!)
