Customized Theme is not working for me

Hello Sir,
I’m working on this plugin for first time. My theme was a designed html , i have implemented the html in twentyfourteen theme , when i’m activating the design or cutomized twentyfourteen theme its doesn’t work, doesn’t show anything related to geo directory, but it works fine for any other themes in wordpress 4.3.1.

Please kindly any suggestion?

Sorry, our support is limited to make our plugin work with most themes, but not with customized themes. If it works with the normal standard 2014 theme but not your customized theme, then that is an issue for whoever customized your theme.
Let me know if I misunderstood you.

Hi,

Guust is right, if it works without customizations on twentyfourteen theme, you should ask to whoever customized it for you, why it is not working after customizations.

However if you provide a link to it, we will have a possibly give you some pointers.

If you move it to a live server let us know. Unfortunately we can’t debug anything without seeing it.
