I added a listing. It was called Tanger Outlets. I used the social importer. The listing added fine. I set it as a franchise. After adding some content added two more franchises. On the second “add franchise” attempt for third listing I received an error saying “data not saved”.
I looked around the add listing information and everything looked fine. So, I selected “save” again and same error. I tried it a third time and got the error.
I navigated away to start over with adding the listing. Then I noticed I had three listings from the three times I tried to save when it said the data wasn’t saved.
I did notice that these 3 listings that I didn’t know I added didn’t have the image I imported from the “duplicate images from Main listing” button. They were instead using the default category image.
I later changed the names of the three listings (after removing the three I didn’t mean to create). I changed the names so they wouldn’t all be the same “Tanger Outlets”. I added the city after each name. It worked for two of three and then when I changed the name of the “main” listing it came up with this error:
