Date Format won't save

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    The ‘Input Date Format’ won’t change from m/d/Y. I need the UK setting d/m/Y. I have chosen the UK setting in the dropdown list and it says ‘Your settings have been saved’ but they haven’t. It still defaults to the US setting m/d/Y. Is this a bug?
