Date in data entry

    Hi

    When I enter in an event via the “backend” the event date is in dd/mm/yy .

    And for instance displays correctly as 9th February.

    When I export the data, the date in the csv is 09/02/2019 where the csv (English / Australia) cell is formatted as d/m/y.

    When the file is imported the event date is imported as 02/09/2019 – September 2nd.

    Is this an issue with the export, or do I need to change the format of the csv file to English (US) and the cell format to m/d/y?

    Although you enter the date in your country’s specific format, the database always will store it in US format. You need to import in that US format, and it will be displayed in your country’s specific format as per your settings in WP Settings.
