    Hello, for some reason the directory plugin doesnt fit within the boundries of our site at http://b1d.aac.myftpupload.com/location/. The listings spread across the entire screen (not limited to the width of the nav bar) and the map shoots off to the left. Please let me know where this can be modified to fit. Thank you!

    We had figured out how to change the width and it was working fine but now the “locations” page doesnt load at all. What would make this dissapear entirely?

    Hi,

    you are trying to use the latest version of the core plugin with very old versions of the addons.

    That is not going to work.

    The only solution would be to update the addons.

    OK that makes sense. I’m not sure what I had paid for in the past. Is there a free version that allows for this to work without the added costs? What is the minumum cost to get it working with the plugins that are installed but needed to be made current?

    Hi Gil,

    the free version is the core plugin. If you remove the add-ons it will be free forever. Obviously you will have reduced features.

    If you wish to pay once and never pay again, you need to buy any of the add-ons you need on http://geodirectory.themetailors.com

    Buying each of them at full price will entitle you to receive lifetime updates and support.

    Otherwise you could renew your memebership for 4 months at $60. This is the cheapest entry level, but you will get updates only for the next four months.

    I see those options, I guess what I’m wondering now is why if all the plugins are disabled would the locations page still not show. Wouldn’t that resolve the issue for now?

    Hi,

    is that a managed wordpress plan from GoDaddy or MediaTemple?

    If it is, because of the aggressive caching they use, GeoDirectory cannot work correctly. (with or without add-ons).

    These kind of managed hosting are optimal for blogs or static website, but for an application like GeoDirectory they are not a good match.

    You can ask mediatemple or godaddy to move you to a regular hosting plan in case you wish to keep using GeoDirectory.
