    When someone comes to claim therir listing is there an option for them to delete their listing? Also- Is there any place where someone can delete their account after they have joined? (ie out of busines etc)

    Once a listing is claimed, the owner can delete that listing in their dashboard.
    Deleting of a user account by the user themselves, is not possible by default, but is an option in BuddyPress if you use that.
    Deleting a user will also delete any content they have created, like reviews and comments.
