Is there a way to delete a listing from the front end? Say someone adds a listing and then wants to delete it for any reason, isn’t there a way from the front end?

When a user navigates to their listings from the GD login widget, they will be able to delete.

Also you as and admin can set if a deleted post goes to trash or is perminatly deleted from GD>General settings.
