    Hi
I have a problem similar to the one discussed here:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/contact-email-link-breaks-gd-listing-page/

As far as I can ascertain, it affects only one listing, which is mystifying in itself:

    https://myschooladvisor.com.au/schools/australia/australian-capital-territory/campbell/catholic/st-thomas-mores-primary-campbell/

This school, when clicked from the front page link (for “featured” listings) or from the search page, it shows only a white page with the email in the top left corner.

It is related to caching as it is not a problem when I am logged in.

I can clear cache and the link will work once.

Since every other listing behaves normally, I don’t think I can fix this from the swiftpro caching plugin. It does not work to exclude the school URL from caching in the swift plugin.

I have tried to change the URL by adding -campbell at the end. Worked once because it cleared the cache so not a URL issue.

Any pointers what I can try?

    Thanks
    Lise

I’ll get Kiran to have a look for you.
Please post WP Admin details and FTP details in a private reply and he will have a look after the weekend.
    Thanks

I seem to have problems with my caching. I have excluded all CPT from caching and that fixed the issue.

That also fixed searching – which also did not work until I excluded from caching.

After the last update this week, searching from the front page started giving an error again? Fixed it by excluding the front page entirely from caching. Not ideal but having a directory is not much use if you cannot use search.

Some more guidance in your V2 documentation on caching would be good. It really has been one of my biggest challenges. I use Swift pro and CloudFlare.
