I need a Geo Directory dev who can help me create page layouts for my Avada themed site

Ideally I’m looking to have a simple directory feature on my site, consisting of:

Directory homepage with map, newest client listings in list view and a sidebar for my site widgets etc
A category page listing all clients within a particular category and a sidebar for my site widgets etc
Listing detail page – no slider just image, and the usual tabbed sections.

I dont want the facility for users to submit content, except reviews.

Some minor content changes – such as ‘Places’ being replaced with an alternative word.

Possibly some minor css changes – such has hover colour on listings in list view
