Did I Install Two GeoDirectory Versions?

I’m worried… I downloaded GeoDirectory from the WordPress Plugin Directory and then I uploaded it from my MacBook after downloading it directly from the GeoDirectory site. I thought the upload might be more “up-to-date” and, additionally, I also thought it would write over the existing installation. The problem? Dashboard > GeoDirectory…

I also get an error message when I go to “Activate” the GeoDirectory AffiliateWP Integration plugin or the UserWP – Multisite plugin. I get the same message when trying to “Activate” either plugin…

There was an issue determining where GeoDirectory Plugin is installed and activated. Please install or activate GeoDirectory Plugin.

I have not installed AffiliateWP so this could be nothing… Or I could be completely screwed. I’m an intermediate level WordPress user.
