Different sequences for rating and reviews for logged-in users

Hi,

as an logged-in user I see in a detail-entry in the rating-/reviewing-area a sequence like
1. Headline: Write a comment without the hint for mandatory fields
2. the rating- / multi-rating-area
3. the photo-upload-area
4. the commment text-area
5. the submit-button

as an not logged-in user I see the following sequence:
1. Headline: Write a comment with the hint for mandatory fields
2. the commment text-area
3. the rating- / multi-rating-area
4. the photo-upload-area
5. the input-fields for name, email and website
6. the submit-button

I want to have the sequence for all users (logged-in and not logged-in) in the same way:
1. Headline: Write a comment with the hint for mandatory fields
2. the commment text-area
3. the rating- / multi-rating-area
4. the photo-upload-area
(5. the input-fields for name, email and website – for not logged-in users)
6. the submit-button

How can I do this?
