Directory structure

Hello
I am building a directory of Realtors in my home town. I am using the supreme directory theme. My hope is to list the different types of Realtor categories on the front page. I also want some lender and builder categories but want them to be in the menu up top and not in the popular categories on the main page. The idea is that someone goes to the site to find a Realtor and that is the main focus of the directory but if they click on the menu for lenders, then they can see a whole new data set.
