Disable categories at location page V2

How do you disable specefic categories or post types to show up on the location page (gd_categories)?
I do not want to delete the default “uncategorized” categorie from the Place type. I currently do not use the Place type.
The uncategorized shows up first so the map is blank because there are no posts in that categorie.

The available options are in the GD element called GD Categories.
See this page for a video about how to edit your templates and change the Location page GD Categories options:

To hide items you may want to use custom CSS:

The location page uses GD Listing element to display listings.
You can also add or reconfigure GD Listings to show one or another CPT, and to restrict categories.
