Hi,

I added text into the description field when it was set to ‘text’ and I removed the text to put it into ‘visual’ – this is when the field disappeared all together.

This is not the first time this has happened but I am documenting it here.

The developers think it is probably a conflict with another plugin using the tinymce editor. Can you identify the plugin causing the issue by disabling non-GD plugins?

Please share WP Admin credentials and a link to the form where you see this issue and we will check into it.
