Disappearing images

    Hi,

    I setup the geodirectory plugin a few days ago and pulled some dummy data to create listings. I’ve been experimenting a little since then but just now I returned to the site to find that all the images in my listings had disappeared.

    All my settings (including media settings for organising uploads into month and year folders) are correctly configured as far as I can tell, and I have very few plugins. I’m worried this might happen again at random intervals. Do you have any ideas about what might have caused it?

    Hi Andrew,

    Could you please double check on the credentials? It seems invalid as I’m getting “Invalid Username/Password.”. Well, let us know how it goes.

    You’ve everything setup correctly but it seems the images in the listings are all broken. http://prntscr.com/fhcsgb . Could you share FTP access? I’d like to see if the images still exist on your server.

    Hi Andrew,

    I have checked it over and i can’t see any problems, the only things i can think of it maybe you has the media folder not organised correctly at first and then changed it? Or maybe the delete dummy data was used but only delete the images and then failed.

    Thanks. Neither of those are true so I really don’t know. I’ll build a couple listings of my own and if the images disappear again I’ll let you know.
