When we add a place (which in our case includes someone’s name, home address and contact details) does Google then have access to all this data? Or just the address and no name or contact details?

This is important as a number of our users have expressed concern that by being on our database they are providing Google with personal data about themselves that they might otherwise prefer not to.

Also, of course, there is no indication of this or implicit permission being given.

    With thanks

    Hello,

Google has access to any info you display on your website to non-logged in users.
