Doesn't show 'reviews' and leave a review box

Hi,
I am using the Kleo theme (compatible) – I have just enabled multiratings and cannot see the ‘review’ box e.g. here https://www.visitagnes1770.com.au/places/1770-marina-cafe/

I notice that what is called ‘reviews’ is instead called ‘comments’ but I don’t have any custom code to do that.
Are you pls able to take a look asap? ta
