Dont understand this very well

I have just put up price packages for my CPT. Free, amateur, professional and featured. With different functions available in all.(magicians)
i dont want to charge seperately for events. So free is fine.
HOwever, i want the events to have the same capabilities in line with the other CPT. E.g. free no images, etc. And the featured to be a featured event.
I understand the bit about how to get the events tag in the first CPT (magicians), by linking.
But how can i differ the events capability without havng different price packages (i want the events to be inclusive in the first CPT cost… buy obviously i cant just have free, with full funtionality or everyone would put “feautured”.

Any advice?
