    Hi support team,

    I have the issue, that the favorite URL is double displayed in my EN and DE main site.

    Hello,

    that is probably due to a code snippet you are using. Try disabling them until you find the duplicate.

    Hi Alex,

    well I did not used any code snippet within the original “GD > Popular Post View:” widgets area. Screenshot > https://www.screencast.com/t/JsIHJ8gvdTd5

    The result is even the same, if I drop not GD related plugins in plugins_off folder.

    When I go to the login page I see “Service not available”

    Please disable your code snippets one by one to find the one that is causing the issue.

    I have deactivated “All in one security plugin”, so you shall now be able to proceed with your investigation.

    What you mean with code snippets, where to find those?

    When logged in, cannot access admin dash.

    Please disable your code snippets one by one to find the one that is causing the issue.

    It would help if you have a test/stage site where we can disable plugins and snippets as needed to identify the issue.

    Hi Alex,

    I would like to do that, but unfortunately I do not know where to act.

    I tried by myself while dropped all plugins in plugin_off folder with same results of double favorite urls displayed.

    Looking forward to your help. The Plugin is de-activated so access shall be possible from you end by using above stated credentials and maybe you need to delete the cookies first.

    P.S. you can also use
    Dashboard > helth check > troubleshooting “enable troubleshooting mode”
    to investigate without the need to interrupt the main site approach and please make sure to disable troubleshooting mode after finalization.

    Hello

    Are you running the code snippets plugin?
    If you are, then try disabling the snippets to see if that addresses the issue.

    When I try to load the wp-admin url you provide I cannot access the site dashboard.
