    Hello, when trying to upload images from the “Drag files to load” button the images disappear, I already verify the media configuration and I still have the same error. The installation is new and I do not install third-party plugins yet.

    I made the same installation with the same files and the same configuration on the local server and does not present the same error.

    could you please also include FTP details so we can do some additional troubleshooting?

    Is this a staging site?

    I checked on your site and now i don’t see any issue in “drop files to upload”, so seems issue is fixed already.
