Duplicate Alerts

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    The key field set for a duplicate alert is set to Post/Zip Code, but duplicates are saved in the listing.

    I have also set the Address as a Required Field.

    Duplicate alerts are only alerts, they do not prevent a user adding a listing with the same postcode, it only warns them that there is already a listing with the same postcode.
