Duplicate location ID

    I have ratings setup on all my listings. However, on one listing it only shows 1 review option, when there should be 5. I have looked at this under my own admin account as well as a normal users.

    The only thing I have noticed from looking at all my listings, is that this particular listing has somehow got a duplicate location ID. I removed and recreated one of the two as a new place listing. And it has allocated the same duplicate location ID.

    All other listings that I have so far come across are displaying the right number of options of review subjects.

    Hi Michael,

    I’ve just checked both links you’ve provided but I can’t see any reviews on it. Could you please send us an example where this can be viewed on the frontend of your Website and we’ll try to help you with this? Also, it would be better if you could provide us a temp WP admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Hi Michael,

    I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. I’ve just checked with our developer and the reason the reviews ratings are not displaying on this page http://hauntedvenueadvisor.com/places/united-kingdom/south-yorkshire/sheffield/hauntedforge/wortley-top-forge/#reviews is because you did not add the category “haunted forge” into the rating category as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/cipvx5 . Could you please check on it?
