email field is not showed

    in GDV1 it is not possible to show the email field on the frontend using the built in GDV1 options.
    This was a design decision made to prevent directory owners from feeding the spam scraper bits that regularly scan directories for email addresses.
    Instead, you will need to create another custom field like “public_email” and give your users instructions about what you will do with the email address.
