Email template looking bad

    Hello,

    i have an issue with Emails.
    The template in backed looks good – but the Email in my
    mailbox is looking like plain text (unformated).
    Google also thinks its phising – maybe thats why ?

    Can someone give me a hint – that my client can see a formated email.

    You need to make sure the email code is proper HTML. WP for example does not put line breaks in the code, so you will have to manually add them after each paragraph.
    Add <br/> or <br/><br/> after each sentence.

    Make sure all email address used by the sender etc are from the same domain as the WP installation, that helps too with the spam rules.

    Thanks man – ill try that out.
    Do i also have to put them in <div> or <p> tags ?

    You should be able to use just <br/> or you can use <p> tags. As long it is complete HTML. Because the email will not be rendered in WP it needs to make sense to other programs too.
