emails will not send

    There was a problem while sending a test email. Related debugging output is shown below:

    Please test and see if the emails appear there and let us know.

    No mails seems to be getting through, not even default WP ones, this looks like a server issue, please ask your server admin to assist.

    I requested aws to remove email sending limitations and the error message changed to
