I am developing a site where user won’t be able to rate a service/directory directly. Instead, the user will be able to rate once they have taken a service from the service/directory owner. The service/directory owner will provide a custom url to the user who he/she have served and using that URL the users will rate the service. Can you please suggest what is the best way to achieve this functionality. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, there isn’t a feature/option in GD that allows you to achieve this and would require customization.
