enable/disable ratings

    Hello,
    I used to be able to enable and disable ratings on an individual post through the quick edit option but this seems to no longer appear as an option.

    Can someone please tell me how I can enable ratings for an entire category?
    For some reason it’s enabled for all categories but one on my site.
