Error 500 after migration

We are migrating one of our sites to a new server and have uncovered an issue during testing. The website immediately fails to load with 500 error. Disabling the Stripe Add-on fixes the error, but nothing we do can get the plugin to work. Logs show nothing. Any ideas?

A 500 error is a server error, have you contacted your host?

If you have no luck, we might be able to have a look around if you give us WP admin details and FTP. You can paste all this in a private reply.
