Hi,
We set up various plans, including a test plan, along with Authorize.net and PayPal active as options. PayPal in live mode, Authorize.net in test mode with credentials entered. We are able to enter details for a listing and get to the “Confirm Preview” stage, but when selecting that button to continue, we’re getting:
“Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.inmaricopa.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=geodir_ajax_action&geodir_ajax=add_listing&ajax_action=pre-checkout&listing_type=gd_place. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.”
Only thing we noticed during listing process that was strange was inability to upload images, even though the “Add Images” area says “(You can upload unlimited images with this package)” Should we only have one payment option active? Would appreciate any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this. Thanks!
